Floral Figure

For this series, I wanted to photograph flowers in such a way that I could capture their elegance, expression, and in a way, personality. By stripping the compositions of everything but the flower, I focused on the unique elements of their figure that seemed almost human. I wanted to express things beyond the simple subject, to create emotions that are complex, personal, and something more than pretty photos of pretty flowers.
